Buddha Bay is a charming villa located on Marigot beach. It has a nice outside terrace where the living and dining areas are, and a direct access to Marigot beach.
You will appreciate its decoration made around a buddha and its tiny beach with some deck chairs. You could have in few seconds your feet in the sand... what a dream! This villa is perfect for people who enjoy being close to the beach.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.

The Master bedroom opens onto the terrace with the view over Marigot bay.
It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, a television with the French satellite (Canal Sat) including some US channels, a DVD and CD player, and an outside bathroom with a covered part with shower and hair dryer.
The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer open to the sky.
Some beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
