This chic and luxurious three bedroom villa is an exceptional holiday home and perfect for those who love to entertain and share time with family and friends. The Zen mood is set as soon as one enters, hearing the sounds of the cascading fountain and seeing the lovely reflecting pool.

The minimalist décor suits it beautifully. An amazing list of amenities contain the latest in electronics including multiple plasma TVs, an iPod docking station and surround sound.

The kitchen here is fit for a chef and an additional food prep area with a freezer and an extra refrigerator are all nice additions.

The floor plan includes an open living room and dining area and the main deck provides an alfresco dining venue for ten.

Zen-Nirvana's outside spaces are expansive with loads of chaise lounges for relaxing and sunning and nice 'party' features like a wet bar, wine cooler and icemaker.

The pool is gorgeous with its fountain and is heated in winter. Steps lead down to a large yard which, come evening, is magically transformed by the outdoor lighting.

The three king bedrooms are identical in size and have baths en suite with double-sink vanities. Each has its own unique, striking color scheme and a sea view.

The villa's hillside location provides not just panoramic water views but also in the distance, the iconic Eden Rock Hotel. This is St. Barth and villa life at its finest.

All the three bedrooms are similar and equal in size.

They are contemporary, spacious and comfortable. They feature a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and are equipped with French Satellite flatscreen TV, DVD player and Ipod dock. Each one opens onto a private terrace with lounge chairs facing the ocean.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
