A cozy living room with a fully equipped adjacent kitchen is in one cottage.
The bedroom tastefuly decorated and open onto the ocean with a covered terrace is in the second cottage and the very modern bathroom is in the third one.
Villa Leana is located in a quiet area of Colombier and has an incredible drop down view of Flamands Bay & Islands around than can be appreciated in all the rooms. In one word : a lovely and romantic place to stay.
The covered dining terrace looks out on both the garden and the ocean.
Leana has breathtaking views of Flamands which can be enjoyed from any vantage point, including the spacious and luxurious shower. This is a perfect spot for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway.

The living and kitchen bungalow opens onto a nice terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean and has also a side door leading to the dining area on the covered terrace. The dining area features a lovely garden side as well as ocean view on the other side.
Swimming pool
Lovely heated (high season only) infinity pool, with counter current system and LGR color lights at night (you can choose in between various colors and speeds). Completely private sun deck with 2 modern style lounge chairs.

All villas are priced in $USDVillas are priced to include only the specific number of bedrooms that you require, allowing smaller parties to stay in larger villas at a reduced rate.
Occupancy is limited to two persons per bedroom contracted but guests will have the exclusive use of the entire villa, just not access to the additional bedrooms.
All villa prices are subject to an additional *5% Accommodation Tax (*new 2008)and a 10% administrative fee (this reflects a 2.5% cash/check payment discount).
All non cash/check payments subject to non-discounted administrative fee of 12.5%. Prices subject to change without notice.
