“Blue Indies” is a brand new villa ideally located within a walking distance to: - Marechale beach, a very private beach near the Guanahani Hotel and Spa.

This brand new villa (built in 2009), was originally built in Bali and rebuilt in St Barth. The combination of Balinese style, stones, and the tropical garden that surrounds the house is really charming.

The spacious living room opens onto the infinity pool and the ocean view. It offers large comfortable sofas. Right next to it, in the same room, a large dining room also faces the view. The modern well-equipped kitchen is located just behind the dining room.

The master bedroom is located in a private bungalow and offers a nice ocean view. The two other bedrooms are located in the opposite side of the villa. All offer comfortable furniture and modern amenities.

The infinity swimming pool invites you to swim while your guests relax and sunbathe in lounge chairs. Outside, near the pool, there is a private path to access the Guanahani hotel.

This contemporary villa has all the assets of a villa, privacy, private pool, and all the advantages of a hotel: room service from the Guanahani hotel, access to the Spa, access to the tennis court is included. “Marechale beach” and the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac are at a walking distance from the villa.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
