"Avenstar” is one of ours “Extraordinary villa for Extraordinary people”… Overlooking the ocean and the sunset, this brand new contemporary chic villa has everything to become a star: its contemporary furniture, the long heated infinity pool, the water fall stone garden, and the ultimate sound system in the villa.
Villa Avenstar has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two pools. This amazing villa is located in the hillside of Camaruche and offers a nice view over Lorient Bay, St Maarten and the ocean. This newly built, fully air-conditioned villa has three levels.
The main building features a well-designed gourmet kitchen, a contemporary living and dining area opening onto a large terrace and the long heated infinity pool that cascades down to the smaller one below.
Next door, the second bedroom is similar to the others. The master bedroom is located slighly above on the higher level. All the other bedrooms are located on the lower level. The fifth bedroom/children's room has two double beds and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
This level also offers a large teak terrace with a smaller pool, which is ideal for kids.
The entire villa offers modern amenities and comfort. The décor is grey with white tones. This spacious villa is perfectly suited for large families and guests. Upon request, there is a sixth bedroom, suitable for a nanny or a chef, located in a separate area.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
