La Cocoteraie is located at Petit Cul de Sac, integrated to Levant private estate.  Inside a luxuriant vegetation and close to a beautiful sand beach, this elegant and well-decorated villa is organized around its splendid overflow swimming pool and its bassin.

All rooms including the three king bedrooms with en-suite bath overlook the large swimming pool that features a fountain and a wading pool for children.  You will appreciate its open living area with contemporary modern furnitures and sofas where guests can relax!

A housekeeper will come every day (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.

You will enjoy the large overflow swimming pool (26.24 ft. x 26.24 ft.) and shallow wading pool which features a fountain in the middle!  Deck chairs will be at your disposal.

The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and its lush garden.  You will find the air conditioning, a television with French satellite including CNN, a CD and DVD player, a fax machine and a High Speed line Internet connection.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 6 persons.  You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, electric and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.

One bedroom and one bathroom
Two bedroom and two bathroom
Three bedroom and three bath

 

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
