La Rose des Vents is a recently renovated villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool, a Jacuzzi and fitness room, this contemporary villa offers a sensational view of the lagoon at Grand Cul de Sac. It is a brand new white colonial villa, with a touch of contemporary style, which gives to this villa all the state of the art equipment.
From the entrance we have been charmed by the large pool, the white limestone floor, and the view on the lagoon from all rooms, terrace, and living rooms.
All of the 4 bedrooms offer the same amenities. Three queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the main level. While the fourth queen bedroom is accessed by stairs leading down to a separate pavilion.
It has large pool and terrace with a Jacuzzi and a fitness room, a contemporary new design kitchen, and a living room embracing the ocean view.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
