Separated by a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, the two air-conditioned bedrooms each have a private terrace and fabulous views of the ocean and St. Jean.
The swimming pool and deck flooded with sun, a garden full of flowers, and proximity to St. Jean and Gustavia make for a great vacation.
An expansive living and dining area opens to the deck and gorgeous view. Contemporary leather seating inside and plantation style chairs on the covered terrace are perfect for enjoying the tropical lifestyle. A TV with French and US satellite connections, DVD player, stereo CD system and high speed Internet connection allow for a variety of diversions. Two dining tables on the covered terraces both provide great views.
The kitchen of Villa Micalao is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, toaster and coffeemaker. There is an outdoor gas BBQ.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
