Villa "Prestige" is ideally located in Gustavia. Not too high, so the shops, the restaurant and the cafe are at a walking distance from the villa… And not too low, so the villa has a panoramic view on the harbor, the ocean, and the sunset.

The villa “Prestige” is spacious, has an ocean view from all rooms. The large living is open on a covered terrace with an outside dining room. The living room has large sofas facing the ocean view and large armchairs. Few villas in Saint Barth have air conditioned in the living room. “Prestige” has air conditioned in the living room and the kitchen.

The large pool is overlooking the panoramic view on the harbor and the ocean. The suntan addicts will love the sundeck facing equipped with water sprayer… After the sunset, the lights of Gustavia give a lot of life at this place.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
