" Gouverneur Cliff " is the small sister ship of villa " Gouverneur View" located just below. This brand new villa has a superb ocean view on Gouverneur beach.

Villa Gouverneur is a newly built villa in Gouverneur hillside offering a wondeful view over the bay of Gouverneur.

This villa is made of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool. The villa is on two levels under the same roof.

On the main floor, the air-conditioned living/dining room opens onto the terrace facing the view and leading to the pool area on the right side of the villa.

The modern well-equipped kitchen is at the back of the living room. Next door, the master air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom also opens onto the terrace with view.

On the second floor, two equal air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open onto a terrace and offer a spendid view over the ocean. This floor also offers an independent entrance from the main level.

A lovely kidney-shaped pool is nestled on the right side of the villa in tropical vegetation. It offers space to relax in lounge chairs while admiring the view and sunbathing.

This villa is ideally located at few minutes from Gouverneur beach and welcomes family or friends traveling together. The new villa offers  This villa could be added to villa “Gouverneur View” located at few feet, and become together a large 07 bedroom villa.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Safe Located on the main level. Connects to the living room and opens to the terrace and the view.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Safe Located on the second floor. Next door to Bedroom 3. Opens to the terrace and the view. Similar to Bedroom 1, but a little larger.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, DVD Player, Ensuite Bath, Flat Screen TV, Safe Located on the second floor. Next door to Bedroom 2. Opens to the terrace and the view. Similar to Bedroom 2.

Dining Room: Air Conditioning Dining table for 6 guests. Opens onto the front terrace with ocean view. In the same room as the living room and kitchen.

Kitchen: Air Conditioning, Blender, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster
Modern, well-equipped kitchen and wine cellar. Separated from the dining area by a bar with stools.

Living Room: DVD Player, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV, WiFi Comfortable sofas and armchairs in chocolate tones. Opens onto the front terrace with ocean view. In the same room as the dining room and kitchen.

Pool: Deck Chairs Medium sized, kidney shaped pool with steps nestled to the right side of the villa.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
