This elegant contemporary villa has a panoramic ocean view. Villa Soleimane is a brand new, modern, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa with the utmost attention to detail.

 The owner which is an architect has successfully combined the contemporary design with the exotic wood. The villa has all the assets for a perfect stay: Nice pool, large decks, covered terrace, large sofas in the living room, outside dining with bbq, nice bedrooms…one of them has a window looking inside the pool.

Located in Vitet, this villa is perfect for entertaining, multiple couple stays and families.

The master bedroom offers a 2-window Peek-A-Boo look into the pool, as well as a spacious sitting area and deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are of equal size and on opposite ends of the villa. Bedroom 4 is just off of the pool, and although smaller in size than the others, could be considered the nicest bedroom based on it's view and proximity to the pool.

This villa features French & American satellite television, 46" flat screen, Bose HiFi with iPod docking station and offers 2 kitchen areas; one which is full service and another just off the living area which acts as a wet bar.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
