There are 3 bedrooms: one in the main house & 2 in *separate bungalows.

About “Marigot Bay”: This bay is a nature reserve for fish. You will be able to snorkel in the warm and turquoise water of the nature reserve and observe the multitudes of brightly colored fish.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
