Villa Eternity is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa on Flamands hillside, offering lovely views of the sea and conveniently located less than a 5 minute drive down the road to the beach. It is the ideal vacation home for those who love to entertain in style!. This contemporary villa is really impressive! Almost 3000 sqf of living area, built on two levels.

The outside area boasts plenty of deck space and a surround sound Bose stereo system, 2 heated pools - one on the upper level with swim-up bar, measuring 65 feet long, and a smaller pool on lower level. There is a heated jacuzzi located just to the right of the master bedroom. This contemporary villa is really impressive! Almost 3000 sqf of living area, built on two levels.

The main living area is located on the upper level, and includes a modern, well -equipped kitchen, chic dining area, and a spacious living room furnished in contemporary style in soft whites with a contrast of gray. A giant plasma TV with Satellite is located at the end of living room and can pop up or down, depending on clients' preference - a movie, or an open view.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, located in a separate building adjacent to the living area on upper level, has a large flatscreen tv with DVD, his and hers closets, massage area, and ensuite bath which includes a double vanity, sunken tub, and a very private outdoor shower, perfect for two.

There are 4 other bedrooms, all with classic Hollywood movie star themes. On the upper level, there are two, each with king bed, ensuite bath with shower and double vanity, and flatscreen tvs with dvd.

The lower level bedrooms are identical, the only difference is that they each have a sofa that converts to a twin bed, perfect solution for a young child. There is a small pool located just across deck from these 2 lower rooms, and a garden situated to the side. Each bedroom offers air-conditioning, flatscreen tv's, DVD, iPod docking stations, views, and Eternity brand bath products, truly a nice touch.

There is an air-conditioned fitness room on the lower level.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
