Letchi is a charming little villa located in Lurin, above Gustavia, only a few minutes from the wonderful beaches of Gouverneur and Shell Beach...
The villa’s dominant color is white with some nice teak furniture and cotton sofas in the living room. The outside area is very well done with a large covered area next to the living room and the kitchen, the small pool is surrounded by a large deck. This villa is very well equipped with very attractive rates.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays).

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
