Rayon de Soleil, a small and old typical Saint Barth's fishermen beach front house, is situated on the beautiful beach of Flamands. The villa has two floors, the bedroom is upstairs with a large terrace facing the beach and the ocean. Rayon de Soleil is perfect if you want to have a private and direct access to the beach.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except sunday and public holiday) to clean the house.

The bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. You will find the air conditioning, a king size bed (1.8 sur 2 meters), a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Living Room: The living room has the view on the beach and the sea. You will find some mosquito screens, the television with the french satellite, a DVD and CD player and a VCR.
Kitchen:The kitchen is fully equiped for 6 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
Restrictions: No animals.

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
