Villa Bonjour is a charming new villa situated on Saint Jean's hillside.

Very private, it has from the terrace an extraordinary view on all the bay of Saint Jean.

A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holiday) to clean.

The bedrooms overlook Saint Jean.

They have a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, mosquito screens, a safe, a bathroom with shower and a hair dryer.

Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Recreation Facilities:  The privacy and the view.

Pool: The swimming pool (16.40 x 9.84 ft.) overlooks Saint Jean.  

Living Area:The living room overlooks Saint Jean and the terrace. You will find the air conditioning, the television with the american satellite, a DVD and CD player and a high speed internet access with wireless.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully-equipped for six people. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
