Bougainvillier is situated on the hillside of Marigot, in a beautiful tropical garden, within walking distance to Marigot beach.
The villa is very private and has a wonderful view on Marigot bay and the ocean. The swimming pool is surrounded by two terraces and the garden.
The brightly colored bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room so that they are very private.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.

The master bedroom has a King size bed (1.8 meter on 1.8), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed (1.8 meter on 1.8), the air conditioning, a fan, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
