Villa Valentina is an elegant villa in Pointe Milou, St Barts that is very private and has a wonderful view over the ocean. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a semi-open area with large teak sofas with white cushions, surrounding a low circular table. This area is protected by an authentic hand carved oriental gazebo and is watched over by a huge bronze Buddha statue with a gentle fountain running over him.
The inside living and dining area open onto this serene space on one side and pool on the other. The living area has built-in wooden sofas with ivory cushions, from which the view can be admired. The dining area seats 8-10 and has a large wood table and chairs. The living room leads onto the deck and pool area where there is a semi- shaded sitting area with teak sofas and a table.
One of the master bedrooms is on a lower level and can be accessed either by a spiral staircase from the living area or from an independent outside entrance. The other 3 bedrooms (one is a 2nd master) are on the same level as the main villa and open onto the deck and view. The heated pool is equipped with a current machine.
This villa is truly special and every detail has been taken care of for the perfect holiday.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean the villa.

The third bedroom has the view on the sea and the swimming pool. It has a king size bed (2 meters on 2), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, mosquito screens, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The fourth bedroom has the view on the sea and the swimming pool. It has two twin beds, the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, mosquito screens, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
