Arrowmarine is one of our most pleasant villas, located in a huge land with private access to the sea, in the private estate of Montjean (with caretaker and access code) in Pointe Milou. 

This villa is a result of a special work of an architect who would like to give the impression to be at the bow of a boat due to its ocean view from above.  Thanks to its original conception, the villa offers many places to sit, to have a rest or to admire the ocean.

The large living room is overlooking Marigot Bay; the private bedrooms are on each side of the living. The pool built against rocks marvelously lighted at night is surrounded by a huge terrace. This very comfortable and private villa is featured in lots of decoration magazines.

The living room has been done to have a view: - during the day: on Marigot bay, the turquoise lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac and the ocean, - By night: on the pool and the garden with palm trees and other exotic essences, all magnificently highlighted for welcoming your guests.  Arrowmarine is an unique jewel of Saint Barthélemy.

A housekeeper will come everyday at time of your convenience(except Sundays and public holiday) to clean the villa.

Each of the four bedrooms have a wonderful sea view and some have a terrace overlooking the ocean.  All have  air conditioning, some fans, and a bathroom with a shower.

Beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.

Villa Arrowmarine offers private access to the sea with a deck, from where you could swim, or see some fishes as Marigot bay is a protected natural reserve.

The semicircular pool measures 32.80 x 16.40 ft. and is surrounded by a large deck. Deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The spacious living room opens from one side onto the pool and the other side onto the sea.  You will find a bar for inviting your guests, a big television with the American satellite (Dish Network), a DVD and CD player with HiFi, a VCR, a WiFi internet connexion and an genuine piano.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.  You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, an iron and an ironing board and on the terrace a gas barbecue.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
