The overflowing swimming pool (32.80 on 11.48 ft.) is surrounded by a large terrace. Deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The living room is overlooking the pool and the sea.  You will find some fans, the television with the French satellite, a DVD and CD player, a VHR, a fax and a high speed internet access with wireless.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons.  You will find all the necessary to cook - gas and electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a gas barbecue.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
