Chambord is situated on Petit Cul de Sac hillside. The villa is overlooking Petit Cul de Sac bay and the ocean, the view is absolutely great.

This very spacious villa overhangs the bay of Petit Cul de Sac and the ocean. The ocean view is there magnificent, in particular when the swell of the Atlantic Ocean comes to break on the coral reef and the island of “Tortue” in front of the villa … The villa is situated in front of meeting place of the waves of the Caribbean Sea and the swell of the Atlantic Ocean. The spectacle is often great.
Very private, the villa is directed to the sunset, what you guaranteed one maximum of period of sunshine.
The living and the gourmet kitchen are oversized and are perfect to meet a lot of guest.
The bedrooms have each a view on the sea. Outside a gazebo with a BBQ, a large heated swimming pool overhanging the sea and a Jacuzzi, complete this very spacious villa.
Chambord is a very private villa and you will enjoy watching the Saint Barth's sunshine.
All the rooms of Chambord are very spacious and very modern.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except sunday and public holidays) to clean.

All the bedrooms have the view on the ocean. All of them have king size beds (2 meters on 2), the air conditioning, a fan (except the third one), a safe, mosquito screens, a bathrooms with a shower and a bath and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
