This unique villa in St Barth was designed by a European architect who mixed perfectly the contemporary decorating with the mahogany wood. This villa has a dramatic view from Gustavia bay where you will look at the yatchs and the New Year Eve firework to Corossol bay.
You will admire unbelievable sunsets and a sparkling view of the island at night. The overflow pool will give you the sensation to swim between sky and sea.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean the villa.

All the bedrooms offer a sea view. The two main ones have king size beds (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe for the master one, mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The third bedroom has twin beds that can be put together, the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a safe, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your dispsal.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster and coffee machine.
Restrictions: No children before 12 years old. No animals.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
