Villa Blue Horizon is a brand-new villa located at Camaruche.  It opens onto the ocean view offering a captivating panorama on the sea and Turtle Island.

Blue Horizon is a three bedroom villa, all open onto the full ocean view.  The interior design combines antiques and modern furniture with marble and teraccota floors.  You will appreciate the calm, the view, and the nice terrace with pool and heated Jacuzzi. 

A housekeeper will come everyday (except on Sundays and public holidays) to clean.

All the bedrooms offer a ocean view.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a mosquito screen, a safe and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

The second bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a celing fan, a mosquito screen, a safe and a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and hair dryer.

The third bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a mosquito screen, a safe and a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and hair dryer.  It is in a separate bungalow with a kitchen and a terrace.

Beach and bath towels will be at your disposal.

Villa Blue Horizon features a pool (22.97 x 13.12 ft.) with back stream current and massage jets, which is surrounded by a nice terrace overlooking the ocean.  Deckchairs will be at your disposal.  Villa Blue Horizon also features a heated Jacuzzi for 6 people on the terrace surrounded by tropical vegetation.

The living room opens onto the large terrace and wood deck surrounded by the pool and offers a seaview.  You will find a television LCD with the French satellite including US channels, a DVD and CD player, a fax machine, and (HSI) high speed internet access with wireless.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 6 people.  You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, gas barbecue and an iron with its ironing board.

Restrcrictions: No animals.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
