“Avalon” is a contemporary brand new villa ideally located on the heights of “Gouverneur”. The villa is only at two minutes drive from the beautiful “Gouverneur beach”, and the city of Gustavia.

“Avalon” is located at the end of a driveway, and is surrounding by high standard new contemporary villas.

The villa has a magnificent view of the ocean, the sunset, and the hills surrounding it.
A spacious open living room is oriented facing the sunny deck, and the pool.
The villa offers a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Two of them are located on the pool side with an ocean view, and two are on the garden side.

The swimming pool (39.4 x 13.1 ft.) is surrounded by a large deck overlooking the ocean.  Deckchairs will be at your disposal.

The large living room is under the covered terrace.  It has the view on the sea and the garden.  You will find some ceiling fans, a television with the French satellite, a VCR, a CD player and a high speed internet access with wireless.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 08 people.  You will find all the necessary to cook Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue, dishwasher and an iron with an ironing board.

 A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holiday) to clean the house.

Note: The French satellite has basic American channels (CNN, Eurosport…), and the pool is not heated.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
