Armor is a luxury villa located in the private estate of Montjean. The villa faces the ocean view and is located in a very private and peaceful location. It is surrounded by a very nice garden.
The villa has a large living room opening onto a big covered terrace facing the pool and the ocean view. The big heated pool is surrounded by a terrace.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.

The two main bedrooms have a view on the sea for one and the other one on the swimming pool. They both have king size beds (6.56 on 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a mosquito net, a television with a DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The third bedroom has a view on the sea. It has twin beds, the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a television with a DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
