Sunrock is a charming villa located in the hillside of Colombier. The ocean view from the villa is absolutely magnificent : ocean, little Islands, Gustavia... and the wonderful St. Barth's sunsets.
The villa is spacious, with a large bright living room opened onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the sea.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.

The master bedroom has the view on the sea. It has a king size bed (6.56 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a fan, a safe and a mosquito net.
The two bedrooms share the same bathroom with a shower, a bath and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has the view on the garden. It has a queen size bed (5.91 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning and a fan.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for 8 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, gas barbecue and an iron with its ironing board.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
