Le Motu is a recently built villa, located in front of the turquoise lagoon and Grand Cul de Sac beach. All rooms open onto the terrace and the swimming pool offering you a nice view to the lagoon.
You will enjoy all the different nuances of blue which mingle with the green of the palm trees alongside the beach.
Very well located, just few minutes walking to one of the most finest sand beaches of the island with gourmet restaurants. bYou could also enjoy all nautical activities : wind & kite surfing, diving, jet skiing and even tennis courts.
A housekeeper will come every day (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue, and an iron with an ironing board.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
