Villa Keylime is a brand new villa, totally new from December 2006. Located in Anse des Cayes, it has a lovely terrace with a pool and a dining covered part offering a great sea view and a direct access to the beach.
It is nicely decorated with warm colors and modern in style. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is well-appointed, opening thanks to its US bar. You will appreciate the calm, the view and the location.
A housekeeper will come every day (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.

The master bedroom opens onto the terrace with a sea view. It has a queen size bed (6.24 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
