Villa Phoenixis a charming villa situated in Pointe Milou, upon the Sofitel Christopher hotel. This villa has an incredible view on the ocean. You will enjoy the wonderful sunset view.
The swimming pool is surrounding by a large terracotta terrace. The large and comfortable living room is between the two bedrooms for more privacy.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holiday) to clean the villa.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.8 meter on 2), the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed (1.6 meter on 1.8), air conditioning, a mosquito net, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
