The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, covered terrace and beautiful view. It has a microwave, stove, oven toaster, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, dishwasher, Electric BBQ, and capable of providing service for 6 persons.
Amenities include: Very large pool area with a gazebo, kitchenette, toilets & exterior shower, sunset view, private parking, BBQ corner, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.
Services offered include:
An agent will meet you at the airport/car rental & escort you to your villa.
Daily maid service except Sundays & island holidays.

CANCELLATIONS: For cancellation notices received by CaribbeanWaves LLC prior to sixty (60)* days of reserved arrival date, the non-refundable deposit may be applied to alternative dates when the premises is available.No refunds are issued for cancellation notices received within sixty (60)* days of reserved arrival date unless the Premises should become re-rented for the reserved dates specified above. In such case, the full payment may be applied to alternative dates when the Premises is available.
No refunds or credits are issued for early departures or for non-notification to CaribbeanWaves LLC of intended cancellations. * (ninety (90) days for Christmas and New Year’s weeks)
*Reservation policy: deposit of 35% (50%) for Christmas is due at the time of the reservation, the balance is due 90 days before arrival. All reservations will have a 12.5% service charge added.
As of 01/01/2008 a new 5% Gov't tax will be collected
