The villa "The View" is located on the heights of Colombier facing the ocean, the port of Gustavia, and the sunset. A perfect location both for the suntan addicts and the amateurs of celebrating the sunset.

The View is a very contemporary, chic and modern villa. It is equipped perfectly to ensure you exceptional vacations. It was designed and drawn to make benefit from its incredible ocean view from all the parts of this villa. All was perfectly thought out by its owner: the size of the swimming pool, the living room open onto the terrace, the privacy of all the bedrooms, the terraces facing the sunset, and the gourmet kitchen which shows that its owner must be a "fine gourmet", and an amateur of high-class wines…

We particularly love, the master bedroom in a separated bungalow with its private deck and its Jacuzzi overhanging the Caribbean Sea…

"The View" is a wonderful villa with an incredible view high up on the Colombier hillside spectacular views of  the sunsets and the town of Gustavia. The calm and beauty of this villa make it ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The panoramic view from the villa encompasses the islands of Nevis, St Kitts, St Eustatius, St Martin and the quaint harbor of Gustavia. This villa enjoys year round sunsets.

"Chic, refined and elegant" sum up the rich interior decor of this architectural masterpiece. All the rooms have the same Argentinian designer furniture, which is a unique collection of leather and parchment designs in natural hues and of exceptional quality.

Stone steps lead down to the villa and the only sound to be heard is a contemporary stone waterfall that trickles gently, giving a soothing ambience. From here you are completely mesmerized by the captivating view.

The living area is very spacious. Looking out from this room, it seems that the pool is overflowing into the ocean, giving the impression that the pool stretches to the horizon where the sea meets the sky. The kitchen is a gourmet delight with every convenience imaginable. The kitchen leads directly to the inside dining area, which in turn leads to the outside dining area.

From every room of this extraordinary villa you can admire the view of the harbor and the ocean.

A housekeeper will come everyday (except sunday and public holidays) to clean the villa.

Two of the bedrooms are located on this same level and are similar in size. Their ensuite bathrooms are very large and have double sinks and spacious shower areas; they even have the same incredible view! On a lower level, after meandering through the gardens is the third master suite, located in a separate cottage.

The Master bedroom and the second bedroom have the view on the harbor and the sea. You will find in both of the bedrooms, a king size bed, the air conditioning, a safe, a large bathroom with shower and a hair dryer.

The third bedroom, a separate and private bungalow, has the view on the harbor and the ocean. You will find a queen sized bed, a TV with the american and French Satellite, the air conditioning, a fan, a safe, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.

Bedroom 4: Private cottage I pod dock Private terrace and jacuzzi Lower level of the villa.

Bedroom 1:  1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens Large bedroom w/leather bed, along w/leather and parchment furniture. Very large ensuite bathroom that opens to terrace. Telephone & CD player.

Bedroom 2  1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens Similar to bedroom #1, putty color leather furniture with dark wood, opens on to terrace and ocean view. CD player.

Bedroom 3 Bungalow  1 King Bed, Air Conditioning, Ensuite Bath, Screens Lower level - separate cottage w/private terrace & heated Jacuzzi. Sitting area w/Direct Plasma TV, DVD, CD, office & huge bathroom.

Recreation Facilities The view, the sunsets and the calme.

POOL The overflowing swimming pool has current jets and is surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the harbor and the ocean. Deck chairs will be at your disposal.

JACUZZI A heated jacuzzi, located on a private terrace, overlooks the ocean and the harbor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - Fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, a gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.

Policies

Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.
(New) As of Jan 1st  2008 there is a  5% tourism tax that will added and collected.

Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.

Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
