Vagabond is situated on Petite Saline hillside in the private estate of Domaine des Pairs.
The villa is overlooking the bay of l'Orient, St Jean and the ocean, the view is absolutely great. Vagabond is an extraordinary villa very private and quiet. All the rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sunday and public holidays) to clean.

The main bedroom is overlooking the ocean. It has a king size bed (2 meters on 2), the air conditioning, a fan ,a TV, a dvd player, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom is overlooking the ocean. It has a king size bed (2 meters on 2), the air conditioning, a fan, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
The third bedroom is over loooking the garden. It has a king size bed (2 meters on 2), the air conditioning, a fan ,a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
Bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.

Pool: The swimming pool (8 meters on 3) is surrounding by a large deck overlooking the ocean. Some deck chairs will be at your disposal.
Dining Room: The living room has the view on the terrace, the swimming pool and the sea. You will find some fans, the television with the french satellite, a DVD and CD player.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equiped for 10 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and an iron with an ironning board.
Pool: The swimming pool (8 meters on 3) is surrounding by a large deck overlooking the ocean. Some deck chairs will be at your disposal.
Dining Room: The living room has the view on the terrace, the swimming pool and the sea. You will find some fans, the television with the french satellite, a DVD and CD player.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equiped for 10 persons. You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and an iron with an ironning board.

Policies
Payment Conditions: There is a 12.5% service charge for all villa reservation.(New) As of Jan 1st 2008 there is a 5% tourism tax that will added and collected.
Reservations: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We cannot guarantee a villa if the deposit has not been received. As soon as we receive the 30% we provide a written confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All reservation is final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Travel insurance may be purchased in advance.
Final Deadline Payment: The receipt of the final payment is required minimum 45 days prior to arrival. For lack of payment after this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and all deposited monies will be lost.
